Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using 保鲜簿, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use 保鲜簿.
The service
保鲜簿 lets you create an account, run AI-powered tasks, and manage credits or subscriptions purchased through our payment providers. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at 942575250@qq.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Fees, billing, and refunds
Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment providers. Prices are shown before purchase and taxes may apply. Credits are reserved when an AI task is created and released back to you if the task fails, is cancelled, or times out — a successful task is never charged twice. Refunds are handled case by case; contact 942575250@qq.com. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: - Use 保鲜簿 for any unlawful purpose or to violate another party's rights. - Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls. - Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit. - Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell access without our written permission. - Interfere with the operation or security of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Intellectual property
Hekmon retains all rights to the 保鲜簿 software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
保鲜簿 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hekmon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using 保鲜簿 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or legal or security reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hekmon's jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes update the effective date above; continued use of 保鲜簿 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
