How we use this data
We use your data to operate and secure your account, process payments and grant credits, run the AI tasks you request, provide customer support, understand which channels drive sign-ups (only with your consent), and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party processors
We share the minimum data necessary with these processors so they can perform their function on our behalf: - Stripe and Creem: web payment processing. - RevenueCat: mobile in-app purchase management. - Google Analytics 4 and Umami: optional product analytics. - Google and GitHub: social sign-in. - Resend: transactional email delivery. - Cloudflare: hosting, edge network, and abuse protection.
Cookies and local storage
Our auth session cookie and locale preference cookie are strictly necessary and are always set. Attribution records and analytics events, stored in your browser's local storage, are only written after you accept optional cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward for dispute handling and legal obligations. Financial ledger rows are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. AI task records are retained for your task history unless you delete your account. Attribution and analytics data are retained for a limited rolling window.
Your rights
Depending on your location, including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can download a self-service export of your data or delete your account directly below; contact 942575250@qq.com for any other request.
Children's privacy
保鲜簿 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact 942575250@qq.com and we will delete it.
International transfers
